   Windows 2000 provides a complete "Plug and Play" System that
   automatically recognizes and configures PCMCIA Fast Ethernet Card.

   Before installing the PCMCIA Fast Ethernet Card, Windows 2000's PCMCIA
   service must be installed and enabled.  This service can be started
   in the Control Panel.

   Driver Installation Steps for Windows 2000:

   1. Insert PCMCIA Fast Ethernet Card in one of the PCMCIA Slots
      and start Windows 2000.

   2. Select "Search for suitable driver for your device(Recommand)"
      from "Found New Hardware Wizard" dialog box, then click "Next"
      button.

   3. Select "Specify a location" from "Found New Hardware Wizard"
      dialog box, then click "Next" button.

   4. Insert the Driver Diskette in your floppy drive.

   5. Enter the driver pathname, i.e. A:\win2000 (or B:\win2000), then
      click "OK" button from "Found New Hardware Wizard" dialog box.

   6. Select "PCMCIA Fast Ethernet Card" then click "Next" button.
      Windows will prompt "Do you want to continue the installation ?" in
      the "Digital Signature Not Found" dialg box. Click "Yes" and windows
      will start to copy the driver.

   7. Windows 2000 will prompt "PCMCIA Fast Ethernet Card"
      in "Found New Hardware Wizard" dialog box, then click "Finsh" button.

   8. Remove the Adapter Driver Diskette from your floppy drive.

   9. Restart your computer to take effect the network function.
